Maynard, Massachusetts – zLink, a leading provider of Integrated Workspace and Facility Management Systems software and services, was the top ranked firm to win the contract to implement the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) at the Oregon Health Authority’s OR State Hospital (OSH). The new System will cover the Hospitals two campuses, Salem Campus and Junction City Campus, employing more than 2,000 staff and serving more than 1,400 people annually. zLink’s cloud based state-of-the-art CMMS provides OSH with data to streamline operations, allow better insights and decision making to make building processes and infrastructures more efficient, more productive, more responsive, and fiscally responsible. In addition, the system will provide an integrated Inventory Management capability to streamline Warehouse processes.
zLink’s state-of-the-art zLinkFM platform will facilitate the management of a broad set of assets in a common environment. The new system will integrate – facilities, parks and roads, fleet management, space management, maintenance, projects, work orders, facility condition assessment, and capital planning information in a single application. The system will cover the Agency’s 700,000 square feet of buildings, 58 parks, and 500 miles of roads.
About OR State Hospital (OSH)
OSH, operating under the auspices of the Oregon Health Authority, provides long-term psychiatric treatment for adults with severe and persistent mental illness who are civilly or criminally committed for treatment. The hospital has beds for geropsychiatric and medical services for the treatment of civilly committed adults. For the evaluation and treatment of adults who have been charged with a crime, the hospital has secure residential beds for the least restrictive treatment of adults under the jurisdiction of the state Psychiatric Security Review Board.
